Deliveries

1. Areas of coverage will be updated from time to time.

2. Delivery services is provided by third party contractors. Once sent out for delivery, MM Wholesale cannot determine exact time of delivery. Any change after checkout and payment may incur additional charges.

3. Packages will be carefully packed to preserve quality. Please allot time to receive packages immediately for proper and hygienic safekeeping we will not be liable for any delay caused by incorrect address and circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to weather, traffic, transportation strike and other unforeseen event/s.

4. Rules and regulations apply in ordering as well as acceptance. Our delivery providers may refuse to serve and deliver regulated or age-appropriate items should this be present at the time of delivery. Charges may apply for any failed delivery and repeat delivery.

5. Cancellations without fault of MM Wholesale may cause additional administrative charges but with refund, payable by the user, if the item is returned without loss, damage, or wear. Cancellations without fault of MM Wholesale of perishable items may cause for the full charge of the value of the item and administrative fees.

6. Service may be limited by working conditions, weight of the items, for the health and safety of workers. Such that no deliveries are allowed beyond the ground floor for buildings without elevators which has more than 5 floors. Packages weighing more than 20 kilos cannot be delivered beyond the fourth floor of a building without elevators.

7. Delivery providers will endeavor to check the validity and accuracy of the delivery address registered on the site. The address and details provided must be updated to efficiently locate the area.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Replacement or exchange will be accommodated in the form of refund. Request for replacement or exchange should be made within 7 days from date of delivery. Refunds will take about 7 working days and up to 21 days for international credit and debit cards, depending on your banks’ processing time.

2. Cancellation and/or refund of perishable items is only valid within the date of purchase.

a. Food items to be returned should have intact packaging, not worn out with labels still present.

3. Non-food merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, manual, and factory sales intact, otherwise they will not be accepted and will be considered sold. Warranty service may be applied instead of refund should the complaint fall under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be directed to the authorized Service Center for repair instead of refund.

4. Some items are not returnable nor exchangeable, according to valid reasons of health and safety following the policies of MerryMart Online Wholesale.

Limitations of Liability & Indemnification

1. MM Wholesale will not be liable for any for any damage or loss arising from the use of the website or linked site, including delays, failures, errors, interruption, defect, computer hacking or virus, line, or system failures. Users must exercise discretion and diligence in the safety of their property, information, and rights in the use of the website.

2. No usage or activity herein should cause directly or indirectly to the threat, vexation, infringement or violation of rights, physical and data security, goodwill, property and/or liberty of other users, systems, or MM Wholesale. Use of the Website shall be within the legal confines of good faith, good morality and practices, good customs and all applicable local and national Philippine and international laws.
